RETURNS POLICY
Returns made at management’s discretion. Returns can be made for exchange or credit ONLY. Items must be in its’ original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. If you wish to return your item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note Gaura Nitai Gifts cannot refund any postage or packing costs incurred by your return.

DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery of goods can only be made to mainland UK. Parcels will be posted within a week of receipt of payment (inc. postage and packing charges). Postage and packing charges will be notified by email or by telephone upon making the order. Parcels can be sent 1st or second class dependant on buyer preference. Postal delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors, Gaura Nitai Gifts are not responsible for such delays. Any risk of loss or damage to your order cannot be covered by Gaura Nitai Gifts.
